All the members of our Law Firm are graduates from the best law schools in Lima. In addition, some of them have post graduate studies and trainee practices in law firms in the United States.

 

Our lawyer staff has a long experience in giving legal counseling to Peruvian and foreign companies. Furthermore, many of our lawyers are members of the Board of important Peruvian companies, which allows them to complement their legal experience with managerial experience. Such opportunity gives them an overall business view that includes the legal aspects plus an understanding of the main needs and worries of its clients.

 

The members of Garcia Sayan Abogados have important experience in the private sector of economy as well as in the public sector, having acted as external counselors of various public entities. Additionally, members of the Firm have given legal assistance in relation with the Peruvian external debt. In some cases, temporarily, they have occupied specific positions in the public sector.
